What I enjoy most about my profession is the opportunity to build teams, grow companies, and improve the day-to-day work experience of my colleagues. People strategist and talent acquisition lead for integrated, full-service, Digital Marketing Agency. Managing all people needs and recruiting operations during high-growth phase. Doubled the size of the company from 65 to 160 full-time employees and led Covid-19 hybrid work communication and planning. Implemented and owned remote onboarding process. Strategic partner to co-founders, department directors, and stakeholders defining key hiring needs based on company growth. Fair FOlk, Manager, People and Operations

March 2019 - March 2020

Established the People Ops function at Fair Folk. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, payroll, benefits administration, conflict resolution, team-building and employee experience. Managed invoicing and bookkeeping through QuickBooks. Full-service creative agency manager who partnered with creative team to produce photo/video shoots for brand campaigns, social, web, and seasonal catalogs. Responsible for managing budgets, location research/scouting/booking, scheduling and negotiating rates for models, photographers and crew. Managed contractor relationship for office space and photo studio buildout.

January 2017 - March 2019

Lead full scope of company recruitment process using ATS - from job description development, screening, sourcing and interview cycle to offer negotiations and hiring. Responsible for culture-building initiatives, employee relations, staffing and retention, benefits selection, handbook design, implementation, policy development, and compensation bench-marking. Worked with Executive Team to staff IT, Ops, Account/Project Management, and Creative departments. Assisted producer with all pre-production-related needs from travel to craft services. Assisted COO with buildout of two office spaces and organized office moves from Boston, MA to Cambridge, MA and Cambridge, MA to Concord, MA.

September 2011 - December 2016

Assisted with planning and execution of benefits enrollment, company-wide meetings, team-building events, holiday parties, and celebrations. Maintained accurate personnel files, records, and documentation. Responsible for booking travel, cultivating and maintaining vendor relationships including HVAC, professional cleaning services, and property management. Reduced office supply spend by 45%. Trusted executive assistant to Founder, Mike Toth. Operated as in-house chef responsible for managing kitchen inventory, executing client and company meals and events.
